| SETTLEMENT: |
You are required to make an upfront payment directly to our bank when booking on-line. Please print out "Bank confirmation of transaction success" and bring along to Suk11. If there is any queries, Please email suk11@truemail.co.th |
| NO REFUND : |
Due to limited space and long waiting lists , Suk 11 will not refund any amount of the pre- payment if the guests fail to cancel/change the reservations 72 Hrs. in advance .There will be no refund on early departure. 10% handling charge will be applied to all cancellations and changes of your reservations and will be paid back in the same method of guest's payment. |
| GUESTS’ VISITOR : |
Guest’s visitors have to stay in the Lobby area only and are
not allowed in the room at anytime. Any guests who bring in
prostitute onto Suk 11 property shall be evicted without a refund or compensation at management discretion. |
| SMOKING : |
Suk 11 has a strict “ NO SMOKING” policy in the Guests’s rooms and smoking is allowed only in the open-air area .Any guests who breach this policy shall be evicted without a refund or compensation at management discretion. |
| FOOD & ALCOHOL: |
Guests are allowed to eat food and drink alcohol in the Lobby area only. |
| QUIET : |
Guests are expected to be quiet from 24.00 – 07.00 Hrs. |
| GUESTS’VALUABLES: |
Suk11 does not have metal safe or suitable vault for safe keeping of guest’s valuables and is not liable for valuables left in guest’s rooms or elsewhere in the area of Suk11. Guests can use own pad locks for their rooms. |
| LEFT LUGGAGES: |
Luggage can be stored in the Luggage Room at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any causes. For overnight left luggage, there will be a daily handling charge. |
