Taxi from the Airport taxi stand  shouldn't cost more than 260-280 bahts 

(  2 Toll ways 25 + 40 bahts,+50 bahts airport tariff and about 190-210 bahts on the meter  (25 +40+50+meter) 

Airport bus AE 3 cost 100 bahts, 30 minutes interval, , travel time 45 - 100 hrs from the bus terminal

last airport bus leave the airport at 00:30
